NEXODUS brought PlayStation’s most iconic video game characters to life for ESPN’s 2022 PlayStation Fiesta Bowl intro, blending high-end VFX with live-action football drama. Featuring Kratos, Ratchet and Clank, Aloy, and Nathan Drake, the spot transformed gaming legends into real-life athletes marching into battle. NEXODUS tackled everything from character rigging and animation to intricate hair, fur, and cloth simulations, collaborating directly with PlayStation’s game studios to ensure authenticity. Powered by the NEXODUS Cloud Platform, the project delivered feature-film-level visuals ahead of schedule, captivating over 8 million viewers on New Year’s Day.
